For those of you who wish to rent a cabin / cottage in Sweden, First Camp is the natural choice
"Stuga" (Cottage or cabin) is a pretty special word, it is more emotive and promise in a way, more than the much more neutral "house". Say "stuga" (cottage / cabin) and most of us associate directly with leave or vacation, a trip to the country side, time together, etc.. Och det är ungefär de associationerna vi gärna ser att First Camp också förknippas med, så vi gillar "stuga". And that's about the associations we are keen to see First Camp connected to, so we like the word "stuga" (cottage / cabin).
And we have plenty of cabins you can rent, in the current situation First Camp has more than 400 cabins and more are set to join, we look constantly for new and more cabins.
We have cottages for rent of all variations. The most luxurious cottages with large patio under roof, dishwasher and cable TV, separate bedrooms and plenty of space for the whole family. Till enkla små stugor att hyra, perfekta för paret på motorcykelsemester som bestämmer sig för att man vill låta tältet vara en natt och hellre har tak över huvudet och en dörr att stänga om sig. To the simple small cottages you can rent, perfect for the couple on a motorcycle vacation who decides to let the tent be a night and rather have a roof over your head and a door to close in the evening.
Anticipating that the industry should agree on a common classification also for our cottages / cabins, we at First Camp decided to define our cottages on the basis of an earlier proposal by the Industry Association for Holiday entrepreneurs, SCR (SCR is also the association of camping business).
The meaning of the classification of the cottages on the First Camp
| For 1 star / key the cottage is required to have lights, heating, kitchen furniture, bed and bedding. |

For 2 stars / keys the requirements is to have running water, kitchen utensils, crockery / cutlery and a fridge.

For 3 stars / keys the cottage must have hot water, toilet and wash basin.

|
For 4 stars / keys the cottage must have a shower / toilet, pentry or equivalent, microwave, separate bedroom (i e all should not sleep in the same place) and it may be bunk beds in no more than one bedroom.

For 5 stars / keys finally, the cottage must also include a stove /ove, a dishwasher and a freezer.

This classification is of course not comprehensive, it says nothing about the patio, parking facilities, "style", etc. But it is still a tool for you as the guest who wants to rent a cabin, it provides some kind of indication of what type of cottage / cabin we offer. This is why all First Camp cottages are defined based on the above classification.
